I stumbled across a report by the Washington Post, the new economics of battery recycling, and what was available to the public, the bulk of the report is behind a paywall, I could tell was mostly just AI.
The part that should be worrisome to a subscriber of the Washington Post is the person who wrote that report has a PhD in physics (doesn’t specify what discipline in her bio) and has been a policy analysts in the fields of energy, transportation, and science for 25 years. Yet what I read was, and it was published on the 20th of this month, was actually worse than some of the low effort AI slop I see here.
